Costco cheesecake baker?
Hi All.
Back in January 2008, Costco was selling a cheesecake at the Coleman Ave store in San Jose, CA. These were not the Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes or the 'house brand'.
There were two types of cheese cake by the bakery - one was a frozen pre-sliced new-york style cheese cake, and the other was a 6 pack of mini cheese cakes (plain, mocha, and chocolate).
Costco no longer carries them, and I don't remember which bakery made them. Does anyone know?

I found a receipt where I bought one - they were Rosen Cheesecakes - are they the same as J.M. Rosen Cheesecakes?
they only were there for a little while. It was special edition. You may find them at Rawney's Cheesecakes. Thats like the main place where they get their treats! <333
