How do i fix peeled off paint on my wall?

I live in a dorm room and I put permanent mounting tape under some picture frames. Some peeled off when heated but others ripped off the layers of paint revealing brown spots on the wall. They are noticeable and I can't just repaint the wall very easily. They will be repainting the room before the next people move in, I just need a quick fix so my RA doesn't see and I don't get a big fine. Are there any common household ideas that would work, like toothpaste or something?

take a chip of paint
go to home depot
they can give match paint in small amount .....cheap
paint the spot
