three amp fuse on furnace keeps popping?
the 3 amp fuse pops, i have looked for shortages on all wires, checked the inducer board and unhooked all the thermostat wires with a jumper on the red and white. its still popping fuses. it has a new mother board. dont know what else to look for.
You're not giving enough info about exactly what type of system you have, but if all thermostat wires are disconnected and it pops when you jumper R to W, then I'd have to look to the ignition board, if it has one, or perhaps the inducer motor relay, again, if it has one. If all thermostat wires are disconnected, all you're left with is the possibility of a shorted wire within the furnace or a shorted coil on one of the relays in the circuit.
