What leave in conditioner works best for really curly hair?

I have super curly, thick hair. It gets really poofy and frizzy. I usually put LA Looks curl gel in it and it kind of works but not if I go outside or if it's really humid. What leave in conditioner works best? Please only tell me products I can get at the grocery store/cvs/wherever, not really expensive ones you can only get online. And is there anything I could put in it to help when it's humid?

Infusium 23 leave in conditioner, it comes in a spray. When I had my hair in a spiral perm. This is the only kind of leave in conditioner that kept my hair from frizzing. You can buy it at walmart, kmart and grocery stores.
